Dr. Alex Zhou (Dr. Senquan Zhou) is the Founder of Ajetor and a multidisciplinary technology, engineering, and infrastructure leader with experience spanning AI infrastructure, semiconductor equipment, optical networking, software systems, thermal engineering, and construction project delivery. His background includes engineering, scientific, management, and executive leadership roles across advanced technology companies, research institutions, and infrastructure-focused organizations. His experience includes Microsoft AI software, Lumentum and Viavi optical transceiver and networking technologies, semiconductor equipment development, high-performance computing environments, and large-scale infrastructure deployment and integration projects. He has also served as a Visiting Scholar/Assistant Professor at leading institutions, including the University of California, Los Angeles. Dr. Zhou was recognized as the first Chinese-American Company Fellow appointed within the approximately 60-year history of all U.S. public semiconductor equipment companies, reflecting his contributions to engineering innovation and technology leadership. In addition to his technology experience, Dr. Zhou has led architectural, engineering, permitting, remodeling, and construction projects, providing a unique blend of technology and infrastructure expertise.
